Herdbuy.com Return Policy

When you buy on Herdbuy.com we want you to shop with confidence and be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the Herd Close date for a refund or exchange. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:

Eligibility:

  1. Unused and Unopened Items: Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  2. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a Herd Number or order confirmation number, is required for all returns.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
    1. Perishable goods
    2. Personalized or customized items
    3. Items marked as “All Sales Final”
    4. Gift cards

Return Procedure:

  1. To initiate a return, please use the Return Item Tab located in My Account / My Herds / Order History and follow the instructions provided.
  2. If you are unable to initiate a return online, you may contact our customer service team within 30 days of your purchase date at [email protected] or 1-844-HERDBUY.

Provide Details: When contacting us, please provide the following details:

  1. Herd number or Order number
  2. Item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Reason for return.
  4. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
  5. Packaging: Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
  6. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Process:

  1. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria
  2. Refund Issuance: If the returned item(s) meet our criteria, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 14 business days.
  3. Notification: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges:

  1. Exchange Process: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or alternative product, please indicate this when contacting us for the return authorization. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  2. Additional Charges: If the exchanged item(s) are of higher value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference. If the exchanged item(s) are of lower value, we will issue a refund for the difference.
